PAKTEN A.Ş. started its operations in Gaziantep 2 Organised Industrial Zone in 2000 as a result of long researches and feasibility studies.
PAKTEN AȘ, ÖNLEM and JOYFUL branded diaper products have reached its target audience in a short time. With the R&D and Quality Control Department established within its own organisation, it has provided consumer satisfaction by continuously developing products. The consumer has rewarded this satisfaction by giving the Consumer Quality Award in 2003 and the Consumer Appreciation Award in 2004.
PAKTEN AȘ continues its investments by acting in line with customer needs. Since 2008, it has been producing Joyful Wet Towel and Onlem Wet Towel.
In 2012, PAKTEN AȘ also entered the market in the medical, cosmetics and cleaning sector. In 2013, ISO 9001: 2015 quality certificate was obtained. In the same year, GMP certificate (cosmetic good manufacturing practices) was obtained and production in accordance with GMP was started.
In 2014, production and sales of baby diapers, patient diapers, wet towel products, liquid soap, baby shampoo, mattress protector cover products were started.
In 2015, with the new warehouse project, an area of 38,000m2 was reached and the production capacity was doubled.
In 2016, the product portfolio was expanded. In 2019, our Joyful and Önlem brands were included in the "Brand Support Programme" within the scope of Turquality. In this way, our company has taken a very important step in its journey to become a global brand. As an R&D team, Pakten AȘ has carried out many successful and innovative projects. Among these, environmentally friendly projects and the TUBITAK Project have been the most prominent projects. As a result of the projects carried out, we have been entitled to receive the title of R&D Centre by the Ministry of Industry and Technology as of 2019. It has had the opportunity to promote its brands in many countries by exporting to approximately 70 countries.
In 2021, Önlem Botanika products were added to the Önlem Baby Diaper product portfolio and became the first and only diaper in Turkey that consists of 5 botanical extracts.
In addition, Önlem Botanika Baby Diaper, which has been proven not to contain harmful substances as a result of hundreds of tests conducted in independent laboratories, is the first and only Oeko-Tex certified baby diaper among the brands producing in Turkey.
Onlem's Success Secret
Our adult patient nappies have been clinically tested by German 'Dermatest GmbH', one of the world's most respected laboratories in Germany.
Clinical tests are tests that are much more sensitive than dermatological tests and show the compatibility of the products used with human skin at the highest level. During these studies, our Onlem and Holder Patient Nappies were tested in people aged 18 and over.
Dermatest has 3 different versions for such tests; normal, 3 star and 5 star premium quality. Our products have passed all clinical tests and have been awarded the '5 Star Premium Segment' (5 star premium segment) rating, which Dermatest Laboratories have determined as the highest level, and are entitled to use this logo on their packaging.
Thus, the quality of our products has been approved by German Dermatest Laboratories.
Önlem Botanika Baby Diaper, which has been proven not to contain harmful substances as a result of hundreds of tests carried out in independent laboratories, is the first and only diaper with Oeko-Tex certificate among the brands producing in Turkey.
Oeko-Tex is a certificate that verifies the safety of products and their production in the textile industry. It ensures sustainability in brands with its internationally standardised guidelines. The certification reviews harmful substances during processing and in environmentally and socially responsible production conditions. It tests for the presence of harmful substances and chemicals.
In Oeko-Tex, laboratory tests are carried out using more than a hundred test parameters. This process ensures that the components and materials used in each product meet the criteria. With Önlem Botanika, which has been awarded the Oeko-Tex certificate, the sensitive skin of babies is carefully protected without being exposed to any harmful substances. Onlem Botanika Baby Diaper does not contain perfume, chlorine, paraben and nonylphenol.
